Please contact us within 12 days of invoice date to initiate a return. Leather must be in its original condition i.e. no marks or cuts.
Leather must be packaged the same way it was received (usually rolled in box) to prevent damage.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns are subject to review to ensure the leather is not damaged and in original condition by LEATHERwks staff.
All returns require a return authorization by LEATHERwks prior to returning and must include a copy of packing list or invoice from the original shipment.
Cut panels are final sale.
