BS Safari Moon Face Abstract Textured Rough-Out Leather Hides & 12x12 Panels

This premium cowhide leather features a masterfully detailed abstract pattern embossed directly onto the split back side (BS) of the hide to create a rugged, high-texture rough-out finish. Designed to resemble the cratered, organic surface of the moon, this highly versatile texture can be interpreted across many artistic styles—from distressed stone to volcanic rock. Expertly finished by our 4th-generation tanning family using classic hand-applied aniline dyes, it pairs a scuff-resistant suede-like surface with a wonderfully soft, pliable temper.

Please note: Because of our unique washing process, artisan hand-rubbing techniques, and hand-applied aniline dye processes, colors will naturally vary from skin to skin, making every single hide and panel completely unique.

Our 12"x12" pre-cut craft panels are cleanly cut to size and absolutely perfect for custom rustic wallets, detailed cardholders, artistic notebook covers, distinct hat patches, and premium bag accents. For larger production runs, our full hides offer premium cutting yields with zero minimum order rules.
